I am Alessandra young chef born in the “City of taste”, Vico Equense, and I have always been passionate about good food. I grew up in a family of restaurant owners and farmers and from an early age I was attracted to the smells and scents of traditional dishes prepared by the skilled hands of my mother. I attended the Scuola Internazionale di Cucina Italia ( Alma ) and got to know the most exotic places on the globe, working in the kitchens of starred restaurants in France, Spain, England, Australia .......

Today I fulfill my biggest dream : to bring a piece of my land to every corner of the world.
